AI-conducted screening interviews (~20 min, live video), AI-led structured interviews (~45 min), specialist skill rounds (coding, system design, and more), and recording + analysis of human-led panel rounds — every round lands in one candidate record with evidence-linked scorecards where every score traces to a transcript moment. Also available as an MCP server, so AI assistants (Claude, ChatGPT, and other MCP clients) can screen candidates and pull scorecards directly.

Pricing is pay-as-you-go per candidate action ($10 AI screening, $15 AI interview, $5 human round analyzed), with the standard pipeline capped at $30 per candidate. No seats, no job slots, no expiring credits. New accounts get a $30 signup credit (first candidate free).
